1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified during checkout or after placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For international orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

NURE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.

NURE is not liable for:

  • Lost packages caused by incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs delays
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen packages after delivery

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the carrier where possible.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence, incorrect address details, refusal to pay import charges, or failure to collect the parcel, the package may be returned or destroyed by the carrier.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

9. Split Shipments

In some circumstances, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and logistics operations.

Customers may therefore receive multiple packages for a single order.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain countries, addresses, or regions where delivery is restricted, unavailable, or considered high risk.
